Tomorrow we have our first NT friendly against Crna Gora. How well we perform is not the criterion. It's more about how the whole thing works. I don't know the players well enough yet. I don't know what I can expect from them.

I will therefore slowly familiarize myself with the team and try to make progress in every friendly this season.

As a result, we're starting from scratch and working our way forward so that we can play in the World Cup again next season. For this reason, I'll be conducting continuous testing this season.

I see a lot, but not everything, so if you see players from our nation, I'd be grateful for a tip.

Crna Gora - Pilipinas 3:0

As expected, a defeat, which confirms what I suspected: our pace is too low in terms of skills.
In addition, they have a super wing that is almost impossible to stop, even with better players.
BTW: the future looks bleak; I see a big gap in the 22-28 age group. There is a lot missing, which makes a bright future difficult.
I will slowly get more involved to possibly find more players. I don't expect much, as few teams are active. It is important to train speed and technique. I see pace as a minimum requirement. Below that, you have little chance internationally if they come with divine.
I think today's result is good, as I had to come up with a tactic quickly. We don't have any top players either, so let's see if it gets better with a different tactic.

Thank you for re-electing me. Now the World Cup is coming up, and it won't be easy with such a small selection of players.
But I will try to do as well as possible. We'll see if we can make it past the group stage. That would certainly be a success.
