how will i know if someone's bidding on the player that i bid?

i probably misunderstood the term 'assistant coach' cause you were asking about the assistant that is added to 'plus' to help managing the team, i guess.

and answering to your question - you need to check the office, one before last icon on your right. there will also be a notification down the screen that some had bid the player.
