can we take a look at you coaches?
it will be easier to give you any piece of advice.

and listen to bulacaneo - do not touch the stadium capacity, it's too early.

btw, good to have you back on here ;)
2010-01-24 13:03:44
welcome back cezz :) bula'advices are right so we are waiting only for yours coaches'skill to say something about your staff.Do not forget that the most important thing in a coach is to have the skill you want to train at least magical\unheartly

If you like, I can make tutoring with you using sk-mail.

Anyway : this thread is a good choise to clarify doubts in a way that aswers are overall "treasure"; you can go on using this as well.

I agree : no intervention on arena and careful evaluation of coaches basing on their general and detail skills according to what you'll prefer to train.

what are the factors that affect the drop or increase of form?
2010-02-08 11:46:42
unfortunately form is completely without a logical sense
2010-02-08 17:24:44
you can try to let them play on different positions, or sometimes it helps to let them play 2 games per week. but as Barros said, it`s a little weird....

Yes ; probably there are certain profiles that developers invented to differenciate players and let appear all a matter of random factor. But that's an idea of mine.
When I have trouble with players I always try, in the limit of possible, to change something to their duty until they improve their form.

how can i recommend a player for either NT or U21? is there a specific thread for this or can i just say "this guy is good, can he join the NT?"
2010-06-24 16:46:55
the best way is to send him to the nt-coach, on his mail.
you can also paste him in the topic about the nt on 'Sokker Pilipinas'.

update him in the database is also good option.
2010-06-24 16:47:53
@u21 you can send me yours players'skills on my sk@ or on my staff'sk@

@senior nt the same thing but with bulacaneo or his staff

:))

edit thanks Vampyr .)

what's the highest level a junior player can reach? One of mine has reached very good.
2010-06-25 17:05:23
It depens on his talent and on his trainer(s) I would say.

My best in this moment is formidable (11) ; but I had one player stronger in my school.
2010-06-25 17:22:27
divine is the highest skill a youth can reach.
of course, overall skill.

but after he's out of the youth school and you sign a contract with him, the highest skill he can have is excellent.

to be clear, for example:

John Smith 20 divine GK 1

after signing him when he's out:

good stamina, excellent gk
excellent speed, good defender
average technique, solid pm
very good passing, weak striker

i hope you understood me?
