Hello, you are going to begin in sokker with mou :)

1º question

you must sack all your trainers and buy one in transfers:




You sack your default trainers here:



You should do the things i have put in the image. We are going to train pace. You have to have 22 players. 11 players will play on sunday and the other 11 players will play on wednesday. No matter if you have only 20 or 24.

2º question

Juniors. We are going to open the young school because your country don't have very much UAE players borned, and you will become rich selling your juniors.

you must go to office>>>>juniors and set this:



Every week come to youth school 6 players maximous. Then you must 6 places extra that juniors you have in youth school. when you have 8-10 juniors we will contract a junior trainer. Before we will wait for this. Ask me on forum to do that

3º question

Tactics. you must do your formation for play in sokker. go here:



then do a tactic:



create a new tactic, you won't edit it if it is a default tactic





Try to put your players near the others and do some things like this: (you must choice in your own)



and then save your tactic click on button "save" on the tactic editor. you have your tactic "name tactic". Then you must put it for play:

4º question

look at transfers in TL

you must set this for look at good players for your pace training, and then become to train theirs and become rich selling theirs:

buy 17 years players
