Hola,

I introduce myself: Kourschak, manager of F.C. Kourschak

I want to discuss about my candidacy for the NT U21 of Nicaragua.

I play sokker for 5 seasons and i have the experience for this job. I build my team only with young player. The oldest who play is now 24 years old. I win my league this season.

I want to make good and hard work for Nicaragua. But i want results, so i want to debate with all managers who can have good young in there team.

I wish to have good relations with the NT of Nicaragua, to be sure that the work will be good for his team too in the futur.

I will also learn spanish language if it's possible for me to speack this language here, if everybody accept the french man coming with is poor level of spanish. But i have one friend can help me in order to translate some words can't understand.

I know that there is a big work to do, but i'm candidate for that.

Q tácicas preferís usar?? te gusta jugar con wing?? sabés las habilidades de los jugadores de la selcción??

1) I prefer use for my team 3/5/2, but i don't know all characteristics from U21 players here. I play with 3 defenders, 2 deffensive playmakers, 3 offensive playmakers and 2 striker. But this is for my team. We will see what's the best for U21...
2) I normally use one "wing player", he is very fast and i put him on the same line that the 2 striker. I will play the new season with one of my 3 offensive playmakers as "wing".
3) i'm not sure about what you said. But if i understand correctly i give you this answer. I don't know what level have all players from the NT U21 from know. But i saw two players age 19 years old from one team (3 rd position i think) of first division of Nicaragua and i think that the level is not so high for moment. I think like 7/8 maximum on first charactersitic and 7/8 too for one of the seconds characteristics. The important for me is to take quickly a big scan of all players of Nicaragua U21. And then to put 2/3 managers to update all datas and follow those young player. I want to have a local staff which can follow all what i said. We will speack every week about the young player. Also about tactical requirements to improve the level on the sokker world of Nicaragua U21.

Yo digo que debe encajar en mis mensajes. Tenemos que construir un equipo en un primer momento y formar a los jóvenes, siguiendo la táctica de seguir la evolución de los jugadores.

One of the most importan things and the proble is a lot of managers of Nicaragua don't talk and don answer yours sk-mail, what do you do? thanks ;)

I think that it's a general problem. But for the moment, a big problem of young countries playing sokker.
When you have this problem it's difficult.
But in my opinion if i ask some managers to become a member of staff U21 i will receive candidacy.
For me, it's important to have some managers behind you and with you to make a good job. I have experience of two others manager game online of soccer (FA and PRO), and i can talk with a lot of manager. And when i can't i'm a little bit more emphasis to order the manager answering me.

My staff will be like that:
First: kourschak (NT coach U21)
Second: 2 managers (as assistant of Kourschak for tacticals views and selected young)
Third: 6 managers (scout to find the young can be selected for NT):
Keeper: 1
defender: 1
playmaker: 1
winger: 1
striker: 1

And one manager for giving ideas, organize all, helping those managers...

I have a big idea about what we can do. If we organize those things, there's could be more managers interesting in the futur.
