Well, this time I will not be copying a permanent program :) I'm finishing the first year of my job with Nicaragua team and we all know it.
Actually result is 6 winnings, 3 draws, 4 defeats. It's good, or not - every of us can judge now. Generally for a two weeks I try to more wide resume of my job.
What I want in future?
I want to lead Nicaragua Team in world championship. During last several weeks, drove the selection, trying to choose the best players and setting tactics for them. Result of my job, in my opinion is not bad, but of course, could be better.
I would love to face strong teams from high places in the rankings and spoil the blood imaginative tactics. I do not promise good results, in the form of wins, or even draws, but I promise work with the diagnosis rival, tactics, etc. I hope that we are able to make a little surprise in matches against strong rivals and certainly with those of the ranking positions 50-80.
I remind our games with a much stronger rivals:
Nicaragua - India
Average notes: 59,9 - 73,5
Shots: 8 - 13
Play on rival half: 47% - 53%
Opponent was stronger by 13,6 points, but a ball was often on his half.
Nicaragua - Costa Rica
Average notes: 63,8 - 67,1
Shots: 16 - 10
Play on rival half: 35-65
Opponent much stronger in ranking and in notes, but almost 2/3 game, ball was on his half.
And last game:
Belarus - Nicaragua
Average notes: 66,3 - 62,9
Shots: 4 - 11
Play on rival half: 62 - 38
As higher; rival was better by a 30 ranking places, but we were much better, led the game, make a ball and more shots.
This is the basis for this to count on a successful (for our team) performances during the qualifiers for the World Cup. Obviously, promotion is not a target, but a good game and try to fight with stronger teams than us. I believe that we are able to meet these expectations.
