Subject: Project: Future of Nicaragua
I want to create something... To care about future of a Nicaragua national Team.
What's the problem?
We know, that we have not to many good players with high skills. Many of them are old (generally all line midfielders - Castillo, Navarro, Jackoswn, Fong) and we have not a succesros. Why?
Because good Nicaraguan juniors are bought by a weak managers, who stopped train them. We have a many examples - Valenzuela, Cassassola, Figueres, De La Torre, Gomero and many others.
They all are a good players with good skills, but in National Team we need not players with a outstanding - brilliant skills, but magical - uneathly - divine.
They all are good, but only a good. Simply, they are a "unfinished".
One example - Ismael Valenzuela
pace - brilliant
technique - brilliant
striker - incredibile.
Thera are good skills, but only in polish 5th league. Not in 4th, not in 3th and higher. And not in a National Team.
He is a one of them I called "unfinished". Simply - he is a loosing for a National Team of a Nicaragua.
So, what we must do?
I've got a few proposition:
1. If we want to buy new player for our club, we must primary look at Nicaraguan!
For example - I train a defenders for a few years. So I check Trasfer List and look at Nicaragua players. That's way, I found a few month ago, really average player as Emmanuel Donnaire. I was bought him for a funny 1500 euro. He was just a adequate defender with a very good pace. And now?
Now he is a 19 yeras old, and he is a formidable defender with a formidable pace.
I'm really sure, that, for a few years he will 2xDivine defender. With very good technique, good playmaking. And he will be a "rock" in a Nicaragua defense line.
But he is only one. what's with a next?
I guess, we can find a few managers, who could be a train other skills as a technique, passing for a midfielders, or again next, who can train strikers.
We have a few good managers in Nicaragua as a Yasser, Datalen, Chris and a few other. And managers from a other countries aho sympatized with a Nicaragua.
We can try to max training our players. Ones of you coul train technique - not just for a formidable, outstanding, or brilliant skill, but for a most skills - unearthly, or divine.
Next could training strikers the same - not for a outstanind skill, but for unearthly, divine.
Just a more improtant - we must share our news from a training. We must share a other advices, instruction. So as to make a player most good as he could be.
2. We should try to interest young Nicaragua players to invest in Youth School. And that's a mission for a older Nicaraguans as though these I wrote. They haven't a language barrier as me:).
Every of a Nicaragua managers should open a young school. Of course not every of them do it. But every one school more open is a chance for a future.
Generally I want this topic is a very need for us. Because we can share our effects here. Effects in training, and we can write about interesting players who right now came out of the young school, or are on Transfer List.
I hope, many managers take a part in this project.

But you have not any Nicaragua player. Please try to find some player (young, or older) on TL (right now not any), who could be a better.
And if you want, you can write your detailed training plan.
For example, I almost always train in a system: 2 seasonz of a pace, 2 season of a defense, and again...

Yo al ser Dt de la Sub 21 de nicaragua siempre les digo a los muchachos q habrán escuelita y ofrezco mi asesoramiento. Por mi parte entreno defensa y rapidez. Actualmente tengo a Bejarano en el plantel
Marlon Castillo, age: 16
tragic stamina tragic GK
adequate pace poor defender
poor technique hopeless playmaker
adequate passing weak striker
I'll train strikers. Actually technique, next pace, next strike, and again...
If you have young strikers, who could be better than they are, please send me their skills. Maybee I will be interested to bought them.
Generally it's one of the not to many chances, to make Nicaragua Team stronger.

He can be a really super winger, but he definitely needs pace and technique.
And lately passing.
And lately passing.
