What are you training in your Club? the team A is old, very old... and we need managers able to give slots to our young players, this is part of the job in driving small countries... Are you agree with it? are you able with it?

I am training strikers. I am willing to invest to buy players to train in the striker's role.
At home we are 3 to play. My father is the one who has the most experience because he has known the game since 2008 and has also participated in national rallies.

I wonder how a 10 year old can have time and reason for so much? The team is changing, it's very old. I also wonder how you can talk about a selection and want to be a technician if you really don't know anything about it at all.

I do not think you have but charge to criticize a 10 year old: are you an admin? I am not aware of it. Do you have a team that performs who knows what performances? not even. The fact that you lead the national team is only because there are not enough users.
