Subject: »[U21] U21-válogatott
Where can I post U21 potentials? I am looking for a buyer for Ferenc Sallay and maybe someone in his home country wants him? I do not need very high bid, just a good owner who trains him into U21...
Very nice, some MID-trainers around who are interested or just on TL and let some Polish guy abuse him? ;)

Vasárnapra kiteszek egy játékost, és akkor összejön annyi amennyit szeretne érte.
His injury is now only 2 days left and I need 2.5mil euro for him. I prefer to have him listed this evening.
xy16 said put a player on TL at Friday. you should SK mail him.
Hmm, I think he will be on TL this evening without an offer...
INTERVIEW
bwinbw: Congratulations to the hard victory! How would you interpret the match? Did you watched online it?
tiolucas: Yes, I watched it on-line. In fact, when the "thing" of the penalties happened I was astonished by the ridiculous fact that such nonsense was happening, and was allowed to happen, in an official match of such trascendence.
Time ago I myself indeed intervened in the international bug/ideas (en) forum asking for some fix to this possibility, of which have been lots of precedents (not only in the penalties, but also leaving a team without GK until the end of a match), without nothing to be done until the present. I was hoping it to happen in some important match so everybody coud see this monstruosity and maybe the DEVs could be forced to do something at last, but I was no delighted to see it precisely to happen in one of our matches, independently of the fact it were in our "benefit".
About the interpretation of the match, our intent was to fix and amend some flaws observed in our previous match in the qualification round, and try some new possibilities to reduce our weaknesses. Our central MIDs did not behave as we expected, being often more backwards than we intended, but in the long time I think it resulted possitive for us, as Hungary's pressure was also unexpectedly higher, and there they helped a lot.
Under the attack, the plans of our defensive line worked too. Altough in inferiority in the long run in the 1vs1, the closing of the DEFs resulted in a team's defence quite interesting which I wasn't expect to be so effective, and from he have learned a couple of things for the future.
As every parcel of the terrain could not be covered with this planning, the center and our right wing were left a bit unattended, and maybe we could have had more problems if more attacks or counterattacks had come from these ways, but with the play mostly in our half the lack of many variations and could have benefited us.
In the end, I thing both team's plannings ended in a fair tie, as every team maximized his strategies (offensive vs defensive) well and without any destacable flaws.
bwinbw: Which tactical tricks did you apply?
tiolucas: We made a tactic intending to be solid, but also a bit experimental. As unfortunately I had very few time available last week, the tactic was in fact mostly designed by my collaborators over an idea proposed by our senior NT coach, which we studied and decided to try. Aside for the more "classical" positions and a light repositioning more backwards, the main points were to close our defence to try to counter our inferior individual performance (in which I think we succeed although we played with 10 a lot of minutes), and to "cross" our ATTs to try to reinforce and maintain the central position.
Another "trick" was to put an ATT the order to play as MID, which I am not sure if it had some influence in our goal (in fact, this was a mistake of mine, as I overlooked it in the final line-up check ^^).
bwinbw: When penalties begone, did you feel that your team can win this match?
tiolucas: Penalties are always a kind of lottery, and with Greg's system anything could have happened. During last season and this one I have been seeing our top strikers to fail lots and lots of penalties, and less skilled players to score more difficult goals. So, I was like in a real match: crossing the fingers. We also had only the two ATTs and one MID with some decent levels in Striker, so the result was not precissely clear for me (although I hoped not to have too much bad luck).
Anyway, I would have prefered to win in a penalty round without incidents, as, under any point of view, what happened was completely unfair, apart of an insult against logics and common sense.
bwinbw: Which player would you highlight (both side)?
tiolucas: Perhaps I would remark both GKs. Ours was fantastic and he was in a great deal responsible in maintaining the result, and Hungary's one also did his part very well... until Greg's nonsense happened (which was a real pity).
bwinbw: What is your expectation at the next match (against Polska)?
tiolucas: Dark are the clouds we see in the horizon. The difference in skills and ratings is there and is evident, and I think I can't be wrong by expecting a very hard and difficult match. Poland is nowadays the strongest rival, and only a outstanding management of resources (both manpower and tactical) can allow us any possibility of victory.
Being realistic, we assume that the defeat is a very real possibility, but we will try our best to make the best play possible and, of course, to win the match. We are already working a lot in the preparations, and probably until Thursday we could not finish the preparatives, as any little parameter (variations in Form included) could be of importance and force us to make changes. Anyway, we will try our best, and I think that in any case the match won't be boring or lacking interest.
bwinbw: Thank you for the interview.
tiolucas: You are welcome. Greetings to all your community, and wish you have a happy new year :)
