Köszönöm :)
Thank you all for your congratulations. Thank you for being there, for cheering me on, and for letting me work with such a talented young Hungarian team. Thank you for having open junior schools in your clubs. Together we are strong, and I dedicate this medal to you, my friends :)
What can I write about the game in the heat of the moment?
We crushed the opponent; in this match we showed our Hungarian Power

Teşekkürler :)
This victory will go down in history, because I don't remember such a high win in such a decisive phase of the U21 World Cup.

Dear Hungary U21 supporters,
Time has not yet run out for us in the U21 World Cup. We are still here—standing tall—and we have made it all the way to the grand final.
Ahead of us lies one last, decisive battle: Hungary U21 vs. Belgium U21.
Now is the time for analysis, preparation, and focus. This is the final chapter of our journey in this tournament, and everything comes down to this one match.
I’ve been closely watching Belgium’s games—their tactics, their rhythm, their style of play. It’s clear why they’ve reached this final. Along the way, they’ve defeated some of the tournament’s strongest teams—Romania, Brazil, and Turkey. That alone tells us the level of challenge we’re facing.
But every team has its strengths and weaknesses—and we must find both. I’m diving deep into their matches to discover how we can break them down, how we can stop their attacks, and how we can strike at the right moment.
This is not just another match—it’s the match. And I am working to set up our most decisive tactics yet. I want victory. I want to bring the gold medal home to the people of Hungary.
We are already so close to our goal. One more push. One last effort. Together—with heart, with unity, and with our fans behind us—we can achieve greatness.
Thank you for your support. Let’s finish what we started.
Hajrá Magyarország!
Our opponent's defense likes to position itself quite narrowly, so we have the opportunity to attack with the wings, but not like the Turkish U21 national team did with only one wing; we must break up the ranks of Belgium's defense on both sides of the field. We have well-prepared wingmen for such tasks, namely Urban and Gorbicz.
I see many options and places to attack here.
This image shows that we must place our line of defense very low.
You've noticed that we played the last two matches quite riskily in the defense line, it was an offensive game in pressing, it's time to change that and surprise our opponent, go back to the defense line setup that I really like, the defense line that is pulled back suits me very well.
We already have success, we are happy, but we will fight to the end for the gold medal as befits a Tiger :)
Traditionally, I will announce our lineup for the match against Belgium U21 on our federation's closed forum next Friday.

Good luck, no pressure! If there is anyone who can win this match, it is you! But doubt not, the Belgian coach will read this forum as well, so let the mind games begin ;)
