Everything is at first pages in this topik,at time i was still candidate.
He don't accept no as an answer,i was refuse for this,i was planning friendlies not for V4,
the only i want was to secure Slovakia at the Rank,and no matter who will be
the coach for the next season,Slovakia could have an easy Group for the final WC.

I was looking not for easy Friendlies but teams i can fight and i can win.

Je pravda, že ja som Ťa presvedčil aby si išiel hrať tento turnaj. Ale nie tu na diskusnom fóre. Nevedel si sa rozhodnúť, pretože tu bolo na diskusnom fóre viacero názorov. Sám si mi napísal súkromnú poštu a požiadal ma o radu :).

Turnaj má tradíciu a ja som Ti ho odporučil, pretože ja by som ho hral. Je to totiž z môjho pohľadu česť hrať proti najsilnejším tímom na sokkri.

A hrať zápas Slovenko proti Česku? To je pre mnohých Slovákov ten najdôležitejší zápas v každom športe. Preto som Ti to poradil. Je to moj názor a vždy bude.

Nikto Ti nič nevyčíta za prehry v tomto turnaji. Dohodni si zo svojimi súpermi vhodné podmienky, oni to pochopia a hraj ako najlepšie môžeš. Netráp sa :)

Listen,your teams must play with U20 team.
Slovakia need to use at least 2 or 3 maximum,(not more) older (21 year)
For the fair play.
If you agree with that send sk-meil then to all teams to inform about it.

Why would CZE participate on tournament if our goal would be ranking hunting? You agreed on the deal without any complaint and now you are blaming me?

V4 cup is tradition for few seasons. Yes, I agree that SVK has weaker team and I was ready to talk about older players, you accepted and now kicking around from it. Focus on tactics and reading the oponent and you have a chance...

A teď ještě v češtině. Dodnes nezapomenu na to, jak nás zničilo SVK po prvním titulu z MS. 0:3 a vystihnuté díry mezi stopery a beky. Dost nás to překvapilo a zchladilo, a to byla čistá U20. Chápu, od té doby zase uživatelů ubylo, ale nám taky... A znovu vytáhnu misona, a úspěchy s Indonésií, vytáhnu Rakousko, které má ještě méně uživatelů, než vy a konečně Finsko... Úřadující Mistr světa má 84 uživatelů. Tolis chce tvrdit, že si chci honit triko na účet Slovenska. Já po sezoně končím, nemám důvod, nezměnil jsem taktiku, nezměnil jsem ani stranu křídla.

Absolutně respektuji Jezuv názor, respektoval bych i negativní stanovisko SVK k celému turnaji, ale napřed jste řekli ano, pak ne, pak možná a nakonec ano s podmínkou, kterou schválil váš kouč. Proto nerespektuji tyhle ex post stížnosti. Přeji SVK repre úspěšnou kvalifikaci a v odvetném zápase použijte koho chcete.

pozri ako ja ten turnaj nezatracujem, je fakt fajn vec. ale nam sa podari muzstvo kde tu a momentalne proste je to dost bieda...Hratelna je fakt 21tka a ostane kategirie maju par hracov..ja som viedol U21tku 3x a 3x som bol na WC, 2x som postupil zo skupiny, raz smolne nepostupil....

A prebojoval som sa medzi 8 naj muzstiev a prehral s Rumunmi ktory vyhrali WC.... druhy krat som mal v skupine talianov a vyhral som nad nim, potom som remizoval v chorvatmi a prehral na penalty.... A v tom roku boli taliani 1 a chorvati 2....

Ked viedol Finov mysi a bol s finmi vo finale, tak som snim bol v skupine a remizovali sme.

Mam odohrate tazke zapasy a vyhrate zapasy s muzstvami ktore hrali finale a bral som im body ale proste hrat proti cechom, madarom, poliakom co maju naj muzstva v priprave nie je pre rank dobre.. radsej si urobim rank a sebavedomie ako prehrat tri zapasy.

Jezo tomu rozumím a je to v pohodě. Je v pohodě říct nebudeme se účastnit, je v pohodě říct: navrhujeme pět hráčů o rok starších než je limit V4. Ale sakra není v pohodě říct OK na 2 a pak tady dupat a kopat do člověka, který turnaj organizuje a vkládat mu do huby něco co neřekl a nenapsal s tím, že vás to poškodilo.

A navíc, jako zkušený trenér U21, extraligového týmu a roky ostřílený matador. Byla SVK taktika proti nám dobrá? Bylo nasazení hráčů vhodné? Opravdu jsme vás přetlačili jen a jen silou?

V4 také může skončit, jelikož já u repre končím a organizátorem byl v posledních pár letech realizační tým ČR U21. Zálusk si dělá adaca, ale pochybuji, že se mu bude chtít organizovat turnaj. Jestli vůbec sokker bude fungovat.

Slovakia do not have U20 team,and thats why i do not want to play
from the start at V4.
We will be a part of this tournament but you must let us use at least 5
U21 players!
Not only for the fair play,but i can not use 11 U20 players,
because .. i do not have !!

You forgot to paste a date of that message: 2019-06-24 15:34 Two and a half months before V4 and even preps for tournament has started. I've never said yes or no to that offer, cause I am not rule maker of the tournament, I am just a part of group of coaches, but I was open to discuss it after World cup, cause nobody cares about what is after World cup in that time.

YOU send next message saying 2-3 players and after that accepted offer for two. Don't blame me for your weakness in process of making a deal. If you would have said we need 3, no problem with that. 4? OK 5? I don't think you are not able to make line-up of 5 U20 players and goalie +- ready to start in NT, but whatever, I want V4 countries so I want to have deal. But still only my opinion, there is rohamkacsa and tiesto_86 as well.

And last thing. you think i will beg to you for the V4? That is only you showing no respect to this tournament, nor tradition, nor rivalry between CZE and SVK. Let's close this stupidity, SVK can play as many U21 as you want in second match against CZE U20, kill us if you can. I will be ready for my last match with my beloved CZE U21.

It's not about needs of one side, it's about agreement and compromise. You stated something and now you are harmed and hurt cause you did that, so blame yourself, not me. You only try to accuse somebody else and I am first in your scope.

Hi guys, I think this is enough! I understand points of both of you, anyway this thread is not about you two.
If the deal was done, let’s play as it was agreed, even though that was not ideal or fair to us.
Let’s focus on next matches and next time we can discuss conditions before tournament, I hope we still have previous coaches who can give us their opinions and then coach can decide and take accountability for it.

Tulis you are making a good job, continue with it and do the best!

The team is ready for the second V4 match with Hungary.
Many problems with forms in defence,i don't know what to do!
I don't want to spend here the advantage of 21y.

I want to say about this matter.
The future seems better in midfields and attackers,if they have the proper training.
But in defence line the problem is huge!
We need to train decent defenders

And and ..Goalkeepers guys ..noone seems to train this line!

Those two lines are the most easy train.If we choose to train defenders with decent secondary skills,
we have NT players.At least for the U21,for the NT we need to try more
at primary and secondary.

Those are the most importants i have to say,for the match,not much,
we will try to win as always.

It is not that bad in DEF line, I would use: Talaga, Ramikovič, Kalinovský, Bryndza, substitution Hlopík or Milo.

I know, quality is somewhere else in comparison to Hungary, but those does not so bad form, imp. is the worst for Kalinovský and good for Hlopík, but you can use Milo.

I think a decent form start from [13]
My complains is to ''wake up'' the community to be better in training and
better choosing players for training most.
And in defence we are bad.
Milo he will play too no doubt but he is ''empty'' in secondary skills.
And he have no future with such skills,it's true (
Bryndza is midfield,i have him always in Orders to cover a red card in attack,
i never thought about defence lol
