I want you train like this skills maybe 2 or 3 skills worse. This skills 21 years old at middle of season skills. we have players like this. The important thing is true training.

Especially at young players first training must be pace , than defence for defenders , technic for stirkers..

ı love technic at strikers and mıdfielders..

b 15,11,13 with 7 stamina
c 12,13,11 with 11 stamina
d 14,12,10 with 10 stamina
e 14,11,11 with 10 stamina

d and c playing superb , b playing very bad because of technic. technic so important :(

i love mid with def....

both will train pace and too def... more pace.... tech, pm, pass later when def and pace will by good for A team...

so i want train to 16pace 16 def and after i will start train secondaries...

yes secondaires after high pace and def please.after 21 years old you can train what you want :) just until 21 years train pace and defending for defenders , for stirkers high technic please.
