My name is Thomas and I am 40 years old and I am living in Poland in Wrocław. I have two children a daughter 9 yo and a son 3 years old.
I am Project Manager in energy company which is manufacturing rotor, stators, poles and other componets for energy industry.

I have played sokker since 2006 and now it is my second account since 2008.
What kind of successes I have achieved:
1. The biggest achievement in my club were second and third place in second league in Poland (the pictures below). I tried to achieve promotion and play in main division in Poland, but I lost all money from my budget and I decided to change my motivation in this game.

2. I started in February 2020 managed Ireland u21. I started my journal with basics, so first I checked how many actives users had Ireland. I counted nine users, so I started discussion to them and asked to open junior schools, because I needed players whose I could play.
I cooperated very close to Ireland NT coach and together with him and Irish community I started to build Ireland u21 team. I set MY MAIN goal - to play Ireland u21 on Word Cup and step by step I tried to do it.

I needed five WCQ and three years to achieve my goal !!! :)
Last time Ireland played on WC in 2017. It was my small success, because I made a lot of efforts to do it. Unfortunately I achieved 4 place in the group but I also leveled the best result since Ireland has played in World Cup.
During group phase I played against Portugal, Argentina and România. Both first matches I lost 1-0, but I could make surprise to achieve at least draw, but the engine didn't help me.
Last match I played u20 vs u20 of România and I lost 6-0. I am taking care fully responsibility for this match. I made wrong decision and instead of play defensively I decided to play open game.

3. After advendure in Ireland u21 I knew that I need new achievments. I became the coach of Czech Republic u21. I didn't know that I will spend in this country six seasons (the screen below). During this time I played three times on World Cup. Did I achieve sucess? Twice I played in quartafinals stage and I also got bronze medal. Could I tell if the results are good I think yes, becasue each time I finished the tournament in the best 8, but also I played weak matches against Estonia, Mexico in World Cup Qualification or semifinal match against Spain during World Cup. For all matches I am taking full responsiblity, but I am always trying conclusion why I lost. I am not thininking that I am the best, because in sokker we have a lot of excellent managers.

4. After my adventure in the Czech Republic, I decided that I would like to try to show my skills in Poland U21. I won election and in my second season I achieved promotion on World Cup. My motto is always that during tournament you need to treat each match like a final and I did it during World Cup and what was happened? I achieved the best result in my sokker carrier. I won final match against Romania and got my the biggest achivement - gold medal !!!
I am doing also other activity in sokker this season I am organizing VII edition of Druid's Cup you can find link below to each edtion:

I would like to support your community and also afer season try to train Slovensko players. My goal will be achieve good result during WCQ and support NT coach. I would like to work with you longer than 2 seasons. After Poland and Italy u21 I would like again to start with long term project and I hope that together we will achieve good results in the future :-)
