I think it's good to discuss the principle of testing a player's talent. There's also a website that I personally use for my school and from the very beginning I screen which youngsters to keep. In this line of thought, I don't expect a youngster to deserve a slot anytime soon and I think I will be able to free up a slot for a youngster from Slovakia, who should still be expected to be promising. Everything will be done with your help, and once I find one, we'll decide whether to keep him and train him long-term, or find him a serious manager, and I'll take another young man... There is a lot to talk about and I would be happy to really create a solid team. I am not running for just one season, so I am ready for a long-term project.

I think that at the moment is the best option to prepare the players correctly. We have 29 players 17 yo. These players will play during World Cup and I think it is time to start preparation generation of the Slovensko players and start to train them correctly :)

If you will support me and also Slovensko community will do the same we can chance to create top country like Bulgaria has :)

Yes, we can, if we all work together.

1. Weeding out young people in schools and leaving promising and talented ones.
2 More managers to train 10 players.
3. To train players up to 30 years of age, and why not after that (the best)

For example - I train a midfielder who is 29 and I am still planning to train him more and raise his level. He is one of the inner midfielders of Bulgaria and is definitely worth it.

Yes of course older players should be also train :) if you want to have good level of NT team :)

I know that it is important to keep in junior school the best players, but first we need to have more players :)

If there is a problem that there are too few young people - well, let's focus on youth schools. If there are teams that don't have them - let them open them. Everyone else always has 6 free places and when new ones come , then at least the average ones should be left. Then I will try to show you my school from the computer and how I proceed

We have started World Cup today. We won against Norway 1-0. It was very difficult match. Norway has amazing Keeper, but we scored golden goal.
Next week we will play against Poland and we will see what happened:-)
