Subject: Law question

Hi people!
I must prepair for the next lesson in the university of law. We are going to do a conversation about the question, if minor people (under 18 or even under 14 years) should be entitled to take part in movements, which fight for the rights of the gay people (our teacher is fancy about this question:S). I would be grateful, if you explained me, which is the point of your country in this problem. And it would be great, if you could show me links, where I could see the related law (acts or cases). I'm sorry, if this thread insults you. Me too. But I have such teacher, so I must deal with the question.
