Subject: Automatic Number Plate Recognition

Hello!

Currently I'm developing an automatic number plate recognition and I'm working on Characters from other countries for machine learning - training. The problem is that it is very hard to find such license plates in my place and the more data I can get, the better it is. I would need video sequences with different angles, different image rotations and so on. I would need License Plates from following countries:

- Germany
- Polska
- Slovakia
- Czech Republik
- Hungary

Every help will be appreciated and I will return the favor in any way! An example of such a video can be like this one:

The following Settings would be usefull:

- different angles
- different image rotations
- different resolutions

Every sequence will definitely help me alot! If someone wants to help me, I will tell him my e-mail adress to send me the file or a download link. (Please do not upload to youtube.. the quality decreases alot because of the compression)

To add one thing: No data will be used for anything except research! I work at the University of Technology in Vienna in the Pattern Recognition and Image Processing Group.
