Where did you find all those gems?? I noticed you've even got the old enemy training some of your players. The nerve of it all! ;-)

Youth pull thread, i mailed every owner who had pulled or bought a talented yp since around June last year, took me ages :) i'm still waiting to hear back on around a dozen so things could even get better!

I also started a talented teens folder when i first took over the NT and the owners of the yp's who were kept and trained mail me every time that they pop, a nice easy way to plan for the future, i just keep it in a word folder on my desktop and can email it to any subsquent NT manager, that way i now have an up to date list of 17 and 18 year olds who will feature in the future.

It's nice to read the future GK thread in SK England, a few decent guys in there but the best is our 20 year old...trained in England:)

we have 2 so far :( GK's just disappear! the ones what we get out of youths very really get trained anyway :(

Scotland has been going alot longer than us aswell as more users. It is obvious we will have less high skilled juniors.

Another 2 seasons though and our U21 team will look something like theirs :)

Have you seen his stamina. Like that, he simply won't play an international. With training, he's a great prospect. But I guess it depends on overall team fitness levels??

Any additions the current squad are welcome. We have an U21 warm up game tomorrow against the Netherlands, Belarus didn't accept my pre-arranged invitation.

Otherwise, I'll pick the team from the current squad on Page 1.

vogue: ill train stamina for the benefit of him and 2 other players in my team. Then by the time i have finished training stamina he will have extra general on tech so it will only take 2 weeks to very good tech.

You got 4 weeks of offseason to come before he hits 21, along with a rdm or 2 he would still have somewhere between solid and excellent stam without the need to lose a couple of weeks training midseason.

Your choice though :)

doesn't matter anyway when your training stamina in the off season ill be training tech :P

Come on everyone, send me your U21 Player details, with all those lovely pops. It doesn't take much at that of development to get into the NT. So lets see what we can offer up against those Peruvians. It's gonna be a tough match.
