An impressive debut for some of our youngsters there. I think a round of applause is deserved considering, I was expecting to be on the receiving end of a double figure scoreline.

In goal, Ieuan Timothy had an excellent match and kept us in the game for most of the match.

Gary Brewerton & Gethin Coward especially had a great game and dominated the right side midfield. We'll see a lot more of him in the next few seasons.

We didn't get many chances, but Danny Price & Huw Gray had reasonable games

All in all, with some intensive training in the next few weeks, we may even get a few decent results at the U21 WC.

I think was a great game by our U21 squad. I have to agree with you Waterloo, I was aswell expecting a result like 7-0, 8-0, but for our good surprise, our keeper and I think, the tactics you chose, made the result 2-0, looks like a victory :-) Congrats

For all our high value players we have only one decent striker :(

I was always expecting a close game.

I was happy with my defence though, just aswell, with not many to hit the back of the net then we will probably need a good defence at the WC!

Also thought that Huw Gray looked a fantastic prospect, he caused us a few problems.
Just noticed that Huw was on tragic form ! makes him even better :)

Very nice result .
As you say the keeper was very helpful but it was by all means an impressive display :)

Even though he is only in solid form he plays better then mumford but i dont know mumfords statistics:

Chris Carter, age 21
value: 61 200 £, wage: 825 £
solid form

adequate stamina,
good pace,
average technique,
average passing,
hopeless keeper
excellent defender
average playmaker
weak striker

not only because hes mine but hes the same age and gets better ratings on lower form ;)
