bbwelsh [del] to All
I've just checked some cool stats about 3 players I have, how they improved since the YP till now. One of them I bought from CymreigMatt as junior and the other 2 came from my YP.

Stuart Nevill, age: 17 - At 21/09/2006
value: 36 750 £, wage: 555 £
club: The Mighty Oak, country: Cymru
very good form

tragic stamina, tragic keeper
poor pace, good defender
average technique, weak playmaker
adequate passing, good striker

After 75 weeks since I bought him, he popped in the 3 main skills for striker, 19 times, which gives him a talent of 3.94, disconsidering weeks I've trained Stamina or he got injured.

Huw Gray, age: 17 - At 08/02/2007
value: 52 050 £, wage: 720 £
club: Y Ddraig Goch, country: Cymru
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

poor stamina, unsatisfactory keeper
very good pace, poor defender
good technique, hopeless playmaker
adequate passing, adequate striker

After 55 weeks since he came from YP, he popped in the 3 main skills for striker, 11 times, which gives him a talent of 5.00 (exaclty the same I have here on sokkermanager when he was a junior), disconsidering weeks I've trained Stamina or he got injured.

And the last one is

Iestyn Edmunds, age: 17 - 19/04/2007
Value: 32700 £, wage: 525 £
Team: Y Ddraig Goch, country: Cymru
Form: very good

Stamina: unsatisfactory, Keeper: tragic
Pace: unsatisfactory, Defender: hopeless
Technique: adequate, Playmaker: solid
Passing: good, Striker: tragic

After 45 weeks since he came from YP, he popped in the 2 skills I trained pace and tech, 12 times, which gives him a talent of 3.75 (better then when he came from YP, that was 4.0), disconsidering weeks I've trained Stamina or he got injured.

gray would be awesme if you could finance the better coaches?

but it depens on what his talent was! he is the one with magical pace ain't he?

oh and advice if his talent is not to good train striking first as tech is quicker!

ok, i'll add my contribution to this now the player i'm gonna show has been in my squad for 3 seasons :)

This player joined my junior school as an adequate with 3 weeks left. He popped after the first week and left the juniors as good+2 and looked like this.

Alex Letheran, age: 16
value: 13 500 £, wage: 330 £
club: Caerphilly Dragons FC, country: Cymru
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

poor stamina, tragic keeper
unsatisfactory pace, poor defender
average technique, unsatisfactory playmaker
tragic passing, average striker

3 seasons on and he now looks like this.

Alex Letheran, age: 19
value: 184 200 £, wage: 1 500 £
club: Caerphilly Dragons FC, country: Cymru
divine form, excellent tactical discipline

formidable stamina, tragic keeper
solid pace, weak defender
very good technique, weak playmaker
poor passing, outstanding striker

Thats a total of 31 pops from 48 weeks. Out of those 31 pops, 17 were on trained skills(excluding stam).
