Pretty sure that the Oak will start betting favs however the only team to take anything off the Oak so far this season (will all change I'm sure) are Illution.

Rob Marsden has scored an incredible 31 goals on the way to the final and The Fisherman Peixeiro has 19.

Progress to the 1/4 final stage was rather straight forward for The Oak

Rd1. Unruffled Sharks 0-19 The Mighty Oak
Rd2. Penderyn Ledgands 0-14 The Mighty Oak
Rd3. Bigglesthwaite Avengers 0-10 The Mighty Oak
Rd4. Trawsfynydd City 0-9 The Mighty Oak

Then came the very close extra time victory over Ash Fc and the tight despite the scoreline semi against Y Ddraig Goch.

1/4 Ash FC 0-1 The Mighty Oak
1/2 Y Ddraig Goch 2-6 The Mighty Oak

With a few players on the list and the expected arrival of a mega bucks player before the cup final The Oak look in pretty good shape.

Illution on the otherhand are struggling in the league despite being tipped by some experencied managers as dark horses for the title. Their only point coming in a 2-2 draw with funnily enough The Mighty Oak.

Progress to the final whilst perhaps not as emphatic as The Oaks has been pretty smooth although they have not faced a LOW at all yet.

1/4 finals saw a very tight win against LOW bouncers The Wrexfiles and in the semi they saw off the Pixies conquerers LITTLE BRITAIN.

So a steady ride and the pressence of midfield maestro Miller might see Illution pick up the cup for the first time in their history??
