Subject: [NT] Piada

I think the most know me by user name so that part is unnecessary.
I'm Lammens Nick, a Belgian 'teenager' of 17 years old, and i don't think I ever want to grow up, but that's just silly me.
I'm... pretty much doomed for these elections because I wasn't quite active the last several months but I promised myself i would eventually put myself elected for this campaign this time! And I did it as u can see.

Enough blabla, time for some serious things:

Experience

About 2.5 years, including my first team (also under the nickname Piada, but I kinda resigned...) and few months later I started again. I haven't got any national team experience but I know I have the skills to make it to that level of experience.
I know everything about sokker, Ive been a mentor for the Belgium 'beginning' sokker community and I've personally tutored my little brother (nickname: scapaken) who has a lot of potential. So I've got what it 'might' take to be a NTC.

Why should you vote for me

- I'm able to communicate with a descent knowledge of the English language.
- I'm (well)known, so not a total stranger.
- I have experience, a high percentage of experience.

Why shouldn't you vote for me

- I have no luck at all (Look at most of my sokker matches)
- Sokker, and especially the Sokker-ME hates me.
- I'm not an adult, which makes me stupid (typical cliché thing, but I often get told not to discuss with adults when you're not one... Kinda stupid but, can't do much about it).
- I'm a foreigner :)

Work I've putted into Cymru

(Mostly lot's of time and typing, but ... whatever)

I kinda 'convinced' the welsh community hiring a 'highlvled' YC, even tho' some already had one. I did this because a similar project was being held in Belgium, and it worked. So I thought maybe it'll work to. And since we 'lacked' and still lack on midfielders it might came in handy.
I gave some tactical advice to bbwelsh when he was running the NT, and sometimes it worked. I kinda smashed the stereotype: 'Foreigner', which I'm proud of !
And, don't think I did something more...
Ow yeah, I advertised on 'welsh forums' (outside sokker) to join this game, and i really haven't got a clue if it helped :D

What am I planning to do

-Improving Youth (-21/U21).
-Active communication between NT and community
-Qualifying for WC
-Try to beat Belgium in a friendly
-Try to beat Malta in a friendly (Maqoma)
-Trying to beat Indonesia in a friendly (langhe)
-Variate use of tactics
-Trying not to play defensive (6/7 defensive players...:s)

Welcome back Piada, but you have the stiffest of comp against you in Vogue who in all honesty likely won the elction as soon as he entered. However I feel tis fair enough to ask you some questions, but tbh there is only one burning one.

Well u (*puuuuuuuuuuuuutttttt*),

My 'team' hasn't got the luck, mostly my attackers. However they score, but 3 out of 32 is abit on the weak side, especially when my opponent scores 3 out of 4/5, and mostly distant shots that are pathetically impossible to score. But do u see me whining ? /D

And about the luck,...

Question 1.

Why are you a better choice than Vogue?

* I'm able to 'win' and 'dominate' against a better 'rated' team then myself, however the tactical experience of my opponents are pretty weak.
* I'm much more handsome than he is...
* I think as a 'foreigner' I'll receive allot of criticism and pressure upon poor little me, which automatically brings positive results... (Don't ask my why I'm saying this but I fluently do things right when I'm being set under pressure...) (:D)
* I have more or less equal experience
* I've made it into 3rd division with my 'old team' which can be comparable with the highest division in Cymru, especially if It's in the top 3 of best 3rd divisions. (Is provable!)

I was explaining the fact that in Belgium (sokker) underaged (-18) managers are seen as 'total dumbasses' and 'unintelligent creatures'. (in discussions and capability's).
So that's why i mentioned it.
