I think the most know me by user name so that part is unnecessary.
I'm Lammens Nick, a Belgian 'teenager' of 17 years old, and i don't think I ever want to grow up, but that's just silly me.
I'm... pretty much doomed for these elections because I wasn't quite active the last several months but I promised myself i would eventually put myself elected for this campaign this time, as u can see.
Enough blabla, time for some serious things:
Experience
About 2.5 years, including my first team (also under the nickname Piada, but I kinda resigned...) and few months later I started again. I haven't got any national team experience but I know I have the skills to make it to that level of experience.
I know everything about sokker, Ive been a mentor for the Belgium 'beginning' sokker community and I've personally tutored my little brother (nickname: scapaken) who has a lot of potential. So I've got what it 'might' take to be a NTC.
Why should you vote for me
- I'm able to communicate with a descent knowledge of the English language.
- I'm (well)known, so not a total stranger.
- I have experience, a high percentage of experience.
- I'm handsome (ladies!! =D
Work I've putted into Cymru
(Mostly lot's of time and typing, but ... whatever)
I kinda 'convinced' the welsh community hiring a 'highlvled' YC, even tho' some already had one. I did this because a similar project was being held in Belgium, and it worked. So I thought maybe it'll work too. Afterall since we 'lacked' and still lack on midfielders it might came in handy.
I gave some tactical advice to bbwelsh when he was running the NT, and sometimes it worked. I kinda smashed the stereotype: 'Foreigner', which I'm proud of !
And, don't think I did something more...
Ow yeah, I advertised on 'welsh forums' (outside sokker) to join this game, and i really haven't got a clue if it helped :D
What am I planning to do
-Improving Youth (-21/U21).
-more communication between NT and community
-Try qualifying for the WC (TRYING!)
-Try to beat Belgium in a friendly
-New tactics

Just checked the NT Cymru forum, kinda shocked it's completely blank. Sure do expect that'll in the future, I'm willing to open a topic for every Match :)

1. How do you feel you can offer more to NT Cymru than John or Delta?
2. Vogue did a cack job (;p) but to be fair he arguably (spelling) the best manager in Cymru. How could you move Cymru on?
3. How good is Loveless?
By the way I'd like to add that my vote is by no means concrete and at the moment I see it as a 3 horse race.

2. Vogue surely did his best and indeed didn't achieved the expected result (there isn't allot to expect tho') while I know we cld've done better!
Ideas:
- The U21 team (new feature) will motivate allot of managers to train their potential U21 player to the limit, I'll also invest allot of time interacting with the U21 coach.
- I know quite a few managers who constantly are in search for potential trainees, I'll follow the youth as it's one of my prioritys and contact (if you guys aren't interested in training them) those managers if they might be interested. Every potential youth player must be trained by the best trainer staff! (I'll also make a cymru player topic on the belgium forum) (Ofcourse together with the U21 coach!)
- ACTIVITY! More topics about the NT (NT cymru forum), weekly updates.
- The use of different tactics every week (to build up a unpredictable profile!)

How would I attract more users
I think the question should be: How would we attract more users!? You guys surely know more local sites then me. I would search google for wales sites and spam some more on Hattrick. Can make a introduction video (movie) which can be posted on some wales sites (about sport) that might interest some welshmen! And like DeltaOne said (cheated on this one!) help the new managers as much as possible, maybe we cld introduce a Mentor system? :)

btw; where do you get the nerves insulting me with these sarcastic comments (enjoy ur life)? I'm certainly not in the mood for this cr*p, so far I know I haven't done anything wrong and your acting like a child! Do me a favour and mind your own business. Would you've been happier if I said DeltaOne, John or ddraig is a better manager then me? What's the point electing yourself with that attitude, I might as well write in my speech I have no confidence at all and I'm a sucky manager when I'm most certain I'm not!
