Subject: Training.
Nice training for me today:
+4 tech pops
+1 striker pop
+1 playm pop
-1 stam plop
This guy seems promising, isn't it? :)
btw, how does that "team-work" thing work? It was supposed that this "skill" would pop quickly... but most of my players have still low team-work skills (weak and so). Even there is one that has gone down (though got injuried in the play-off match). My head coach has "incredible" general apraisal atm.

All who could popped popped

Had an awful yp who I won't even mention on the other thread he was that bad :)

I reckon this guy has some talent. He has popped 3 times in technique in 11 weeks, good potential.

What are these random pops you're all referring to. Does this mean that the secondary skills of your head coach also influence the players skills? I thought it was only the primary skill that was important for the head coach?
Or are the assistant coachesthe ones that determine the random pops? I'm curious to know whether its better to get a more multi-skilled head coach or better rated assistants? What are your views?
