Are you training Stamina a lot? Form tends to collapse if you train too much stamina in equal and opposite directions.
Also, if you play someone twice in a week or not at all, their form is likely to suffer as well,

no i dont train much stamina at all , ive played most players twice a week due to a cup run , i suppose that could affect the players im losing so much form on
