I'd sell him and make as much money on him as you can on him now. The fact he in the Welsh youth squad and the fact that likely not many better 19yr old Welsh midfielders out there would likely make him sell for a decent amount.
However if you feel your coach is good enough (ie unearthly in all relative skills) so you maximise the chance he has of picking up random pops I'd take him to excellent tech and then take stock of the situation.
nice player though and it always nice to have options, good luck with him.

As for my training I don't thing anyone turned up this week. My keeper popped twice in useless skills and the only thing the rest of the lads popped in was the pub.
