Veer tech is good, but the rest are some of the worst randoms ever :(
He needs passing, but I'll take a tech pop, and his value is rocketing!

His value rocketing is bad.
Ideally, you want the 3 keeper skills to be high, the rest to be tragic/hopeless.
For Veer, the higher value is not necessary, so he will want more wages for no reason.
