Pace would be my suggestion :)

I'd sell him and improve other parts of your team

That's spoken. Isn't smart putting all effort in one player while you have a whole team to look out for. Sell him (and several others), buy some youngsters (17-19 Y/old) and beat CMatt in a few seasons.

if you think about him as an important member of Cymru NT - superdivine defending is crucial at this level
this 'a few more trainings' makes a huge difference when tackling the ball from behind

Well if you have to keep (wrong move imho, but understandable) then I'd take him to superdivine defending as well.

Good luck with him anyhow as he is so important to the NT :)

Maxing his def will be good but I still say pace :)
Pace and defending is the only 2 skills worth training imo though.
His secondary skills are already high enough.

second thought is boosting his PM :)

I agree with Vogue, pace is the best option imo
