Ive decided that this week for this game i want to get as many people involved with the welsh team as possible its an important game crucial to our world cup bid but its also a game that we have an 85% chance of winning so what better then to get EVERYONE involved this week.
Please feel free to write down any sugesstions thoughts and ideas you can think of !
This is a great way to help spur others on into training welsh players and for newer players to have an opinion on whats happening :D

My reason for answering this thread is that i have a 19y Welsh U21 MID.
In Denmark we sometimes have a competition (in the days up to a NT game) where danish managers are asked questions like:
How many goals will Denmark score in the game?
Who will score the first danish goal (and/or score the most danish goals)
How many free kicks in the game
How many corners in the game
And so on....
The manager with the most correct answers can thoose a player from his team that will get a few minutes in the next NT game.
This get many managers involved in the NT so perhaps this will also work for you?
Perhaps you can give the reward to the manager that write the best sugesstion/idea?

I'd suggest you join the 'nt coaches federation'. There are quite some decent suggestions on how to 'entertain' the community and keep them in touch with the NT. But then I noticed you ran out of plus :)
What i've done so far
- like donbonzinni said, some predictions to gain some playing minutes for a player (i suppose you have some easy match coming up?)
- a little quiz about the history and general 'did you know that ...' of the nt to gain some playing minutes. Questions were like 'how many nt coaches our nation has had', 'what was our biggest victory', 'who is the player with most caps', ... You can decide to put a time limit on it, to prevent people to look up everything, or you can add some questions one cant look up. eg.: 'What is the main problem with our strikers (answer: they lack tech), what player is this (post the skills of a less known player), ...

Another idea could be that you after every NT game wote for Man of the Match (MoM).
