Subject: [NT] Ethan Caffell

For now, I'm going to change for tech to my strikers, but I need to know what our NT needs.

I think we should decide what to train to help our NT, not as a short term but long.

I know Matt trains mids, you train strikers like me, who trains defs? gks? more mids? Wha we lack (more players to get more decent trainees) but besides that what are the positions we lack more?

For now I dont have any decent welsh trainee for striker, mid, def, gk or anything. I only have Alf who is shit compared to Nevill, Watkins and Gray (the one I still think its trainable). Nevill is going to be sold at the end of this season. Watkins may be sold aswell.

You should know what my opinion is on what is needed concerning your team and just incase you've forgot, I think Gray is the most important and only player you should be thinking about whilst he is still trainable and I think you need to get him up to atleast magical scoring as his tech and pace is already nice enough :)

Our only other NT needs is mids really which is why I am gonna swap to training mids starting with 2 seasons of pace and 2 seasons of tech so I can finish training my current strikers too. With yourself and Mr Bongo training strikers, we dont really need anymore so i'm gonna try and produce some nice mids :)

than you'd better start pulling some nice young lads ;)

as you stop, you dont need the extra money ;) Can he be taken out of the NT atm? :D

Actually I do need money, because I'm gathering a bunch of classy players to have a final "super-BOT" lineup. (My team will be remembered) But if you see that, in the end, somebody is going to get the player and that person's not responsible enough or somebody from Cymru is after it, you can take him out of the NT, aye :D

We need quite a few things if our u21's are anything to go by.

Just try train anything buddy whilst A. Improving your team. B. improving Gray and C. improving WELSH players :)

For example u20 we have one midfielder (Tipton), 1 winger (Seward), 2 defenders (Prothero + Morley), 2 Defensive midfielders (Elias + Smithe) and maybe 1 forward in Wallis. These are the only players at that age that are likely to make the full NT as of right now. So you can see training anything be pretty useful.

In all honesty forwards are by far the weakest at u21`s followed by keepers.
