The first 11 is high likely to be the first 11 for most of the qualfying next season unless somthing drastic happens.

As for tactics I have soem time next week to have a little tweak so I think everybody knows what tactic we'll be playing on friday night :)

Well, I watched it live and the score doesn't reflect the game. It should have been 0-8 cos the defence was ******************************************************************

The goalie had some nice saves:-)

Not alot in offence with only a winger and a central ATT, so not many chances to Cymru.

the quality between the 2 sides is so vast all we can do is set the bus up I'm afraid.

Thought it might hit double figures after watching the first 15 mins. Was surprised to see the final score was only 3:0 :P

I'm sure most the guys know, but I'd like to say it again. Our u21's are rubbish compared to most other countries on this game.

If we try open and play against teams like Estonia we will get totally hammered no doubts about it.

Yes I understand the tactics are very negative, but if you look at the sides we have faced we have produced some mighty fine results and have never conceded more than 3. Tbh I think thats pretty good going!

I think, though of course I might be wrong , the results we've produced at u21 level ain't bad the only mistake made was the fixture list. I should have got us easier games to get us a fake position in the rankings, but there you go.

I've enjoyed running the u21's i must admit, but I'm happy to step aside if another manager thinks they can produce better results, its all about progression :)

Well imho you have done a great job, getting nice results against better nations. So if I could I´d vote for you.
