Well imho you have done a great job, getting nice results against better nations. So if I could I´d vote for you.

I think, though of course I might be wrong , the results we've produced at u21 level ain't bad the only mistake made was the fixture list. I should have got us easier games to get us a fake position in the rankings, but there you go.

Personally, I would've called that over ambitious, not a mistake :P
I have noticed a real mistake though which you seem to keep doing. Sort out those damn throw ins :P
I know its hard to make offensive throw ins work when you playing defensively but it would be better to have a throw in reach our own player and have less (which would then be 1 :P) players in the box rather than both our offensive players so close to the box and far away from the lines that the throw in dont even reach them.

I've enjoyed running the u21's i must admit, but I'm happy to step aside if another manager thinks they can produce better results, its all about progression :)

It was a surprise to see it only 0-3, and as for the fix. list, I would have got mostly easy games with the odd game like this thrown in. CymreigMatt, you should stay.

Oh, and I might have the striker Bryant's kid brother in my academy!

tbh I'm thinking of games we just can't win of just not even trying to win the offensive throw ins.
