On a serious note, as JD has been rather inactive, I have decided to run for NT again. If JD does decide to run again though and become more active again, I shall step aside but until then, I thought I will put myself forward for the job.
As there will only be friendlies all next season, I aint gonna bother with a what I plan to achieve speech other than to say, I will try to win all the games I arrange.

1. What do you think the NT is missing most and how would you go about sorting that out.
Well, the first bit is like stating the obvious really and to answer that bit in short, i'll say midfield is what we are missing most.
To give a bit more to that answer, I feel what we are also lacking is strength in depth. Its nice to have a good team of say loveless's but we also need more than the 4 or 5 to play each game as currently we are unable to cover any injuries, cards or even bad form by bringing in another player almost the same quality as the one replaced. This applies to all positions ofcourse, I was just using the mids as an example to this bit :)
How to go about sorting this out ?
Well, I think the main 2 factors for this is time and more users really as both will contribute to getting the more NT quality players that we need to get some depth in our squad. other than that, we just need to work on making sure that 21yr olds just leaving the U21's continues to get trained aswell as players already in the NT squad now.
My personal contribution to this is changing over to training mids which is still our biggest weakness imo and i've only ever trained welsh strikers :P

Ahhh, the dreaded tactics question which almost always seems to get asked :P
You probably already know what my answer is gonna be but i'll say it anyways :)
Tactics is all dependent on who we are playing so it is impossible to say what tactics I shall use until I know who we are playing and also the condition on our players in the squad at the time.
3. How vital is form?
I do put a fair bit of importance on form and would use a lower skilled player if in much better form than another player. As an example, I have noticed a lot of difference in my oliviera(DM) this season as his form has plummeted down to the lower lvls of form and he only made the bench in my last and most important game of the soeason due to his form and he is easily my 2nd best mid when in good form.
Each case would need to be looked at individually though so I find it hard to give a concrete answer to something that has alot of variance in it but I hope my reply answers your question :)
