Subject: »[u21] Morsey

Hey, i know i not exactly the best or most experienced on sokker, but all i would like is a chance to manage the under 21's team. at the mooment i think we are 61st in the ranking, that is pretty poor. I would like to improve the team and hopefully maybe bring us up the ranks.


I Think as it is the under 21's, can't you top boys let us newbies have a go. Anyway if i do win, i would share it with my friends, well let them help me decide! Also this will give me a better and different experience on sokker!

But what will you bring the to the job? Why should I vote for you

i think that i could improve the team and hopefully put more into the team to give other boys the experience. I think that we all deserve a chance at the job and i think that i could hopefully fill that slot.

One thing though, do you really feel like you got enough experience in sokker to do this job ?

Its nice that you're enthusiastic and its good to see new managers coming in that looks like they are here to stay but only having a team for less than half a season and then wanting to jump into running a NT team with players highly skilled that you probably wont have in your team for a good few seasons is a bit too enthusiastic imo.

With more experience and your enthusiasm, i'm sure you will do a good job in a few seasons time. Thats if you dont get the job this time.

i agree with you. I'm only doing it to see if you guys have the trust in me.

i know that i havn't got the experience but i feel like i'm up to the job and i know if i'm stuck or need help, people like you are there and are willing to help

I trust you to the point that I know you will do your best when you do get the job. Going by your activity so far its looking like you are here to stay as I said in previous post which is excellent as you guys are our future imo :)

The more users we got, the bigger the pool of juniors we will get which in turn will be a bigger pool of top class players for our future full NT side which is what we are lacking really. We have some very nice players starting to come through now but not enough to deal with anything like injuries, cards or bad form.

Also going by your enthusiasm, I am sure yourself and rhys will be running our U21 and full NT within a few seasons. I'd just like to see you both get some more experience first before jumping into the deep end :)
