poor pace formidable defender
unsatisfactory technique poor playmaker
weak passing weak striker

I kinda didn't look at his age, is this bad and how long would you say until he retires?

I don't have experience with such oldies, but his pace will drop 1 level each season (and it is already rubbish). Probably his other skills also drop, but I guess that will happen slower.

Imo you'd better spend the money on a 27 yo double very good (def and pace)
