Subject: U21 Game 4----Slovenija

Ok this is a game we must try and get somthing from. We've played Italy and Brazil now and of course lost, but we did beat Singapore in our first game.

So we are looking at trying to finish 3rd, it's realistic but difficult at the same time.

Slovenija drew with Singapore in the last round of games, however the Singapore manager has learnt alot since we played them so I'm not reading to much into our result.

Slovenija have 68 users to our 29, so they have the advantage there but we have faced worse :).

So with that being said here is the mighty fine 11 who will grace the hallowed turf on friday night.

No great suprises. I guess the only interesting change is moving Elias into defence to accomadate the talented Seward in midfield. Maxwell drops to the bench.

disappointing, lack of time online is killing me a bit.

Group is really interesting, because of me and our strikers we got only 1 point after matches with Guatemala and Singapore, we were out, but after this match we are back in the game, there are still 3 teams with chances for 3rd in group. Good luck in next matches.

What a match, Slovenija deserved for win, but 78 minute was a miracle. This boy should finish his carrer.

There isn't topic about NT or match, so I'm writing here. Very good match against Brasil, but unlucky you are out of 3rd place fight after last bad matches. I think that your coach isn't bad, but his experience is low, so he lost matches against Slovenija and one against Guatemala. I'm really interesting in matches of your country, because I think you have potencial to play in U21 WC in future, you have a lot of young, potencial players and I thnik that future is yours.

the main problem is once again the small userbase and thus the small bunch of decent players. There are stars present, but not enough and if one of them has form issues, there is no back up

Slovenija have so bad defenders that 18 years old player are playing in the first squad, so I still thinking that Cymru is better.

Ahhh, now I can see the lack of experience by matt having joined 9 months earlier than you, not to mention he had a team in england before coming here.

It has nothing to do with lack of exp, we just havnt got enough good players to make a full team as langhe have already stated.

OK, mr. and now let's compare NT experience, I was coach in China - 3 seasons and this is my second season in Slovenija, and what about your coach?

Matt has also had experience with our full NT job so he is no noob and if I had to choose between him or you, I know i'd pick him everytime.

sigh, having a few better players aint the problem, string an entire team of them together is the problem for the 2nd time.

Leading NT and leading club, really similar issue, but yo ucan't know it, you have nerver lead NT, and you won't lead it in future :-D So, can you come back to your cases, if you don't know anything in this one? :-)
