Leading NT is a waaay easier than club - 'cause You have many diffrent players and U have free hand in making tactics...

I did a poo job with the u21's its nothing to do with player quality or tactics (well maybe that) its all to do with time.

I made 2 generic tactics quite a while ago, one for teams we couldn't possibly beat (hence why we never been totally hammered by Italy and Brazil (maybe Ialty once but they a bit good :P)) and another to play other weak countries around our level. The idea being I would tweak the tactics when we faced sides other than Brazil and Italy, but real life gets in the way and sadly sokker had to take a back seat.

I must admit I'm suprised people use that score thing at the bottom I thought ppl knew that if ur keeper is half decent it creates totally wrong numbers? :S but player for player I doubt Wales have much of an edge on any of the other sides outside the big 2 from this grp.

I think the Slovenia manager did quite well tbh and I'd like to congratulate him on beating God's country twice but I would like to draw his attention to the number of users each country has and also to the age of the Welsh side. (gives a good idea of the true quality)

But I'm far too old to get into a big debate about noobs and poor managment and the size of cucumbers and what not.

Wales should have done better ,end off, and the fault is at my feet as I was the coach I can deal with that.

I didn't spend enough time with the tactics cos I haven't got the time unfortunately due to real life commitments.

The difference in player quality likely isn't that great so the better prepared team won.... it really is that simple!

If you'd beaten Brazil or Italy then that would be very very impressive but all you've done is beaten a country who has half the user base, who might have a slight edge in player quality but it is quite easy to see there not much in it and who's manager has already admitted he didn't do a good enough job.
