Subject: My thoughts for NT

This season i think that there should be a few changes. I think that the coches this year should be;

NT: Cymreigmatt
U21 NT: Morsey (with Lloyd and rhys as scouts/assistants as we do see a lot of each other) or Ddraig

You might of noticed that i left Vogue out. I think that this season Vogue should take a brake, relax and enjoy the games. He does enough things on the forum and i think he could do a brake from being NT. (if he doesn't then this is just my view)


What would me, rhys and lloyd bring to cymru.

Over the last season and a bit, i have learnt about tactics and about where to play players. I have now found a tactic which suites my team and i think that my tactics and choice of players on the pitch could win us game. Rhys and Lloyd i know have very good eyes and are always on the look for new players. They could help us get more players in the squad and preduce moe talent from cymru.

I can preduce moe talent :). i think we should all apply for U21 (Me Lloyd and Owen) If one of us gets it they employ other 2 as scouts

I wont be running for either job this season and even though I cant speak for him, I dont think Matt will be running for either aswell :P

As for you running for the U21's. Personally, I dont think just over 1 season playing is enough experience really but goodluck anyways :)

Well, so far, my vote is with brokus for our full NT. He has the experience for the job and seems to be a good manager :)
The only down side is that he hasnt exactly been active on our forums in the past but I have had a fair amount of contact with him over the seasons so I know he does plan to take it seriously.

As for the U21's, I have no idea yet tbh.
I think its great all the enthusiasm you new guys are showing but as I said last season, I think you need to be playing for a few seasons to gain experience for a NT job (just my opinion mind :P).
However, as it'll be full of friendlies next season, I guess one of you three getting the job wont be the worst thing :)

I havnt cast my vote for the U21's yet and will be holding off for a week first.

I think you will do a good job in the future and I think your own club will be knocking on the door of the prem in a few seasons time :)

I'm only planning on running if no-one else with experience runs, don't want to see Wales go down the pan but I'm happy for someone else to do the job.

I won't be running for either. I need a break from the NT scene after a dissapointing stint with the u21's.

As for who I think should be coming in, I'd like an experenced manager at the helm of the firsts and with a season of friendlies for the u21's I'm not so concerned.

I'll wait a little and see who puts their hats into the ring

shame I dont have time this season next season :( And it sucks to qualify for the WC and not be able to play the wc itself [glasses] :p
