OK,

I'm looking to arrange some fixtures for this season. Does anyone have any preferences for friendly matches?

Also looking for any talented youngsters out there, so if you've got someone that you think could make the team, send me on SK mail.

When I've got enough players in the squad, I'll get an idea of the minimum reqs, and will post that on the U21 site.

Thx again for your support

Play low ranking small nations and don't do what I did :)

My 2 pence worth of advise

Couldnt agree more :P
Not so much low ranked ones mind but "lower" ranked. Teams around our lvl so we can hopefully move up those rankings to make the next quals easier :)

18th December, my player could face Cymru U21. :)

Train him well and send an SK mail to the U21 Coach, and he may get in the team

He is in the team, it's just his pace lacks :\

Cymru U21 are off to a great start in the Mini WC with 2 wins out of 2. Even after multiple injury scares, and still without fielding a full strength team, we've almost qualified. A draw against the favourites Canada will now suffice, and we might even get best runner-up if we don't manage to win.

Hopefully, we'll avoid the mandatory Red cards and injuries in the following games.

Group G

1) Canada 7 11-3
2) Cymru 6 13-3
3) Malaysia 4 12-4

U.A.E U21 - Cymru U21 0-10

Yet another red card, that makes 3 in 4 matches. Getting a bit extreme there. After that, we didn't have a chance, although it was still a close game.

Hopefully, we'll get one of the best runners up
2009-09-26 00:08:46
I should moan that you played Money when he was slightly injuried (he was at +8 on weds) but he only lasted 20 odd mins which is even worse :(

Is it my lads getting sent off all the time?....just checked been 2 of my lads and Issac being the other.

Still 2-1 against Canada not a bad result really :)
