Not long now until the new elections start. Next season i think we should have these as our NT Managers.
Cymru This season i think Vogue could beadly do with a rest (as we know he is starting to forget the matches), after last seasons accident with Brokus he kindly stepped in. Next season i think DeltaOne should step up to the job. He has done a fantastic job with the U21's and could hopefully do the same with our seniors.
Cymru I elect myself (again:P) as i think i have know been on sokker cymru long enough to show i am comitted to the job. I basically elect pembrokeshire as manager but as me to be like the chairman and as i am the most active, i will be able to check more. In Pembs, there is Morsey/Rhys/Lloyd/Jake/Kylek, who have grown since they joined (except lloyd). All these together should preduce a good U21 Team to continue on from the good work of DeltaOne.
What i Offer for the U21 NT job
-Scoutness - I am always on the search for good players which are capeable of joing the NT team.
-Tacticalness - I in the last season have tried various new tactics with my team and this should help if i was to be NT manager.
-Good Picking - I always choose players who are on form and is the right person for the job and i never leave a player out.
-Activeness - I as you know, am very active in sokker and i have learnt many things, such as Tactics which should play a key part if i was to be selected.
Most of you think that i don't have the experience to do the job, but honestly i am not sure what else i can learn in the game. I think choosing me as i said will be choosing pembrokeshire as i have the back-up and support of the users i mentioned.
Try and use this thread to get on a cocnlusion on who we pick as i think a a country we should choose not just by the poll, but create a new thread if you were to elect yourself, as normal.

Its bad enough when the NT elections start for real , nevermind starting this discussion 4 weeks in advance.
In any way, I would look to run again as U21 to have a go at WC qualification, as I've done this season with 100% friendlies, due to my predecessors lack of involvement ;-)

well i'm surprised. I would of thought you would of gone for the NT, but i see where your coming from.
well, if matt thinks different, he can open this one again, but generally we dont allow NT candidating topics when there are no elections going on :)
Nope totally agree with Langhe we can start all this when the elections are actually on!
