The height of players can really change a game, and I think it is a very realistic change to Sokker.
A small defender should really become a wing back, which would mean pace would be vital to Cymru players. Patrice Evra is shorter than Michael Owen, yet he still manages to defend. I think a short defender should play mostly on the flanks, and taller players at the Centre.
Tall wingers can have uses. Patrik Berger is 6ft 1in and he's a solid winger. I think an attacking winger should always make strong runs into the penalty area off the ball, and a tall winger makes sure that balls out of defence can be played down the wing. Technique comes into play here, and pace will be needed in buckets.
I think a team should be well balanced in height, so you should never have a complete team of midgets or lanky players, but a mix in all positions.
I like Queen + Led Zeppelin :)

I was hoping for a lil more indepth answer but its a half decent reply :)

I dont think you can use RL players as examples for this as in this game it will simply be better at winning headers or faster off the mark.

I'm not sure if you mean for them to run into the box for scoring opportunities or not but you aint gonna find any wingers with scoring high enough to worry any NT goalies. Atleast not any welsh ones :P
and a tall winger makes sure that balls out of defence can be played down the wing.
How exactly does a tall winger make sure the ball played out of defence can be played down the wing?
Please elaborate :)
I like Queen + Led Zeppelin :)
If it comes to it, that may actually win you my vote ;)
I havnt actually voted yet and wont until closer to the end of the election as I would like to see who else runs first but I can say my vote is currently heading your way.

1. Welsh scoring wingers.
THAT'S WHAT TRAINING IS FOR :)
2. Lots of goalies and players play defensive balls down the centre, but defences from opposition can crowd them out. A tall winger can be stronger and win balls down the wing. My winger Gini wins balls in 1-on-1 heading battles, which is good. A knock down to a strong passer in the centre can be LETHAL.

I'll ask you a nice easy question.
Will you play the defence in a straight line?
Will you play the defence in a straight line?
Yes, but going forward the wing backs will push up slightly to just over the half-way line.
But straight line most of the time
But straight line most of the time
Remember it sokker not real life footy.
We'll see what other questions you get, being NT manager is really hard even more so with the players we have

If the squad suffered a few key player injury's or suspensions would you be confident enough to use different formations, old players or play people out of their usual place ? If so what formation do you think best suits the cymru team against weaker or similar opposition?
What would you say our weakest and strongest points are?
There we go something to keep you busy for 5 xD

I have to say, old players would definately be brought in. People out of usual place: My first act as manager would be to gain the squads stats so I know if there are injuries who can slot in.
Weaker or similar opposition, Weaker: Take 1 from defence into midfield to play a 3-4-3.
Similar: 4-3-3, the formation currently.
A better opponent I would play a 5-3-2, to try and catch them on the break. Either that or a 4-1-2-1-2, 4 defenders, 1 defensive mid, 2 wingers, 1 attacking mid and 2 strikers. The 2 wingers would play out quite wide so it's nearly a 4-4-2 diamond.
Strong points: 2 SUPERB KEEPERS, if only the rest of them had those values!, developing youth e.g. Yarworth, commanding CM in Loveless who can run the game, and 2 decent CBs
Weak points: 1 or 2 youth players I would give 30 min games, as I think players like Phillpotts on the bench would be better to start and bring young legs on as the game wears on.

Question..
In the case of a defeat against a team that is supposedly not as good as ours will you take your share of the blame for the defeat?
I don't like managers who have a go at the players and seem to think that nothing was their fault.
