Hello cymru, I have resigned for electing myself for Jamaica U21 as I stand absolute no chance of getting it. So I have decided to elect myself for the NT of Cymru.
As I said at last season's elections and as Rhys said, voting for me would be a vote for Pembrokeshire.
How I would help
I offer help in tactical, and scout regions. Last season, the majority of what I did was to find a formation that suited my team and I have. I have learnt where players should and shouldn't be placed. I am always on the lookout for new Welsh players. Looking at my original players, Aaron Snook looks as if he could fit right into the U21 NT. I am always on the transfer list/topic looking at the Welsh players that are up.
What I think about the new changes
Height this season could be a key factor in a game. Before the game I would always check the oppositions last game on where they placed their players, then I would place our players who are bigger/smaller against them, (Bigger in defence for strength and smaller in attack for speed/agility) opposite them so our chance of winning the ball on a one-on-one would be greater.

As you know I am forum active and i would like to continue like that. If i were to be chosen as the NT manager, i would always do a 'preview' and 'The Result'.
The Preview page would include the team list, and would also state the formation. Tactics.
The Result page would include the report and my personal view on how the game went, hopefully along with your views.
FitnessI would do a thread every week on the current form/values/pops of our NT Players. I would say how everyone is, any injuries and i would say the above, whether anybody has gone up/down in value or in skill.

That purely depends on the opposition. I would mostly play a 4-1-3-2 or a 4-3-3. I would use a 4-1-3-2 because it is quite attackive yet there is a midfielder back just incase the opposition break loose and we are down men. A 4-3-3 would be used less but used, often against a weaker opposition. In the formation i would place on the;
SB - Short defenders with High level pace and reasonable technique/Mid
CB - Tall Defenders with High level Passing/Stamina and reasonable pace
LM - Short Midfielders with High level pace and reasonable Technique/Passing
DCM - Tall Midfielders With High Level Def also and reasonable pace
CM - Tall Midfielders with High level pace and Reasonable Def/STR
RM - Short Midfielders with High level pace and reasonable Technique/Passing
ACM - Taller Midfielders with High level STR also with reasonable pace and techniques
RF - Shorter Strikers with High level Pace and reasonable technique/Passing
ST - Taller Striker with High Level Pace/Stamina and reasonable Technique/Passing
LF - Shorter Strikers with High level Pace and reasonable technique/Passing
These are most positions i could think of and where i would place players.

I think my tactical and player placement could win us our games. This season, there has been a few new features such as height and i think this could play a key part to success. As i have mentioned, i think, i will check the opposition first and try to re-arrange our team to make their life hell, hopefully this would win us our games. And by tactical, i have experimented all season different tactics and i have learnt where and where not to place players.

This keeper may not have a higher level than Player 16, but he is quicker and has a higher level Passing than Player 16.
2) Player 04
This player would be position either LB/RB. I would position him there as he is reasonably short compared to the others and also he has a High Level Pace as well as a High Level Defender.
3) Player 06
This Player would be positioned as a CB because he is the very tall and has high level Pace/Defender.
4) Player 20
He would be positioned as a CB because he is reasonably tall but also has a very high level Defender as well as Pace.
5) Player 11
I would place this guy on the LB/RB because he is very short and has a high level defender.
or
Player 15
This player may not have a higher defender but he is quicker and is the same height.
6) Player 09
I would place this player as a RM/LM because he has a high level Pace and a High Level Mid.

Well of course i won't have as much time as i usually have for Morse United because managing The NT would be my main priority. I don't think it would affect the team that much because to be honest there isn't that much too do, there is only to prepare formation/tactics. Obviously as NT manager i would have to do more jobs, post threads, check who to play, and the opposition. It should fit in with my regular sokker curriculum is i am normally just looking for players or just refreshing my forum page to see if anyone has replied in any threads I’m active in.

Yes i would love to enter the mini wc because i think we should take any chance possible. Hopefully we will get some easier teams if we enter.
I would love to start an NT job in sokker. I would prefer to do the U21 job and Delta One do the main NT job but i have elected myself for the main NT job simply because of how much Delta has improved our U21 NT team and i respect that he wants to continue with that.
