Hello, My name is Lammens Nick, 19yo!
Living in the main city of Oost Vlaanderen, named Gent.
You all should know Gent for it's famous 'GENTSE FEESTEN' where millions of people visit Gent during that 10 day period! Have a descent job, and lots of free time to spend on sokker! (and on my girlfriend imo!)

[Interesting Information]

I'm playing sokker for 3/4 years now (this and previous (piada) account), really do know allot about the game and still motivated enough to coach a National Team! Culture Club (my 'sokker' team) currently plays in 4th division. It ain't a difficult division so I should win it normally, if the red cards and injuries won't bugger me as much as they did in 5th division. For more info you just 'click' my name and see some of my results since it's complete useless to tell you more about my team when it probably don't mean anything to you! :)

[Intentions]

*New tactics, always interesting!
*Communication between NT coach and community is a priority!
*Samebetween U21 coach and Senior NT coach.
*Proffesional way of scouting, obviously by using a staff I'll set up after winning these elections (If I win ^^)


That's about it, ...
So no winning the world cup speech and putting cymru on nr 1 position ec; I'm a realist, not an optimist so don't expect me to win al matches, but to win the ones that should be won! :)

How could you (if possible) make Cymru a better team?

A typical Question I'd say.

Doing the weekly scouting (Will use a staff for this imo), making several tactics, Good communication between NT (which I'm running for obviously) and U21 coach.

If I Win more matches then I'll lose then you'll consider me as 'that' coach that made this NT better. If I'll lose more then I'll win then it'll be the opposite.

It's not about making this team better because I can only work with the player your country gives me; it's rather about how can I achieve better results with this team. In other words, It'll be better asking me about my use of tactics, ec..
