Subject: Elections General Discussions

Oh, there's the internet for that, don't need sokker for that :P

I was wondering if anyone is considering me as being NT U21 for Wales or if anyone has questions for me to answer about me being a candidate for this position.

Hi Welsh friends

I am contesting the position as your U21 NT coach; I was looking for an English speaking country so communication would not be a problem. My idea is a team approach I have the intention to work with Welsh sokker players to build an U21 team which could feed the national team in the future. The Welsh squad has similarities to the Maltese squad since we are a small community. This can have its disadvantages regarding availability of player selection but then again one could look at the advantage that having a smaller community could be easier to communicate and have a more collective effort approach.

I do not have much connection with Wales but I did visit Wales once when during a holiday a visited Llanduno. I am also a fan of late Gary Speed as he once played for my favourite team Everton FC in fact I have 2 tactics which have been named after this great player as a tribute. Another thing is that I am half English since I was born in Burnley Lancashire so I was born on your same Island.

I have been playing this game for over 5 years now and I spend lots of time on the game. I have a good relationship with the Maltese NT’s and I am sure that they will help me and give me advice when I need it. I enjoy playing a heavy midfield game as I think that this is the heart of a team getting the ball forward from defence and feeding the strikers.

I would like you all to consider me as your U21 NT and give me your vote. Should you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me.

Seems like votes are only going one way, I thought I could give some competion. I have lots to give to Wales and ideas that were adopted in my country which were a sucsess and in my opinion Wales is similiar to Malta sokker wise. Well if anyone has second thoughts please follow the link above and give me your votes.

I still have faith in the rest of the the Welsh sokker community, you see competition is healthy and I like it, but then if things do not go my way I still know how to lose.
