Subject: Elections General Discussions
2) Posted proof on my thread.---those were just some examples.
3) There has to be a first time for everyone.
And there's not much difference between managing a club and a National Team.
Just depending on other users to update there players into the database, and stuff like that.
5) Actually, most of my friends were coaches of a National Team, coaches of Serbia, mostly.

There are many diffrences ;] NT matches are harder! Your oppontent mostly change tactic in every match so you won't know how he would play.. you have more players and more tactical ways for match ;)

But it's only friends;> How about you? What will you do if you friend don't have time for help? I think that you should try with weaker NT and than come here with experience. Now Cymru will play in WCQ? What is their started position in group? Have they any chances for promotion to World Cup? :P
I'm asking because in my opinion it would encoruage welsh users to writing here and join debate :) Election will be more interesting, now we have first day :PP

Opponents change tactics because most of them are experienced and know what it takes to be successful.Top division teams change their tactics very often, too.
There are at least 15 of my friends, one of them will have time, but if they really can't help me,I'll have to do everything by myself,so what,i'm not that bad.
I didn't pick out a smaller country because there's no point in even trying when about 3 million other users want to be coach.

So you prefer easy elections without opponents ?:D You go for easier way :PP

No,I like competitions,especially winning them. :D
But it's not a competition if you have to beat pretty much every user in sokker.

this is exactly the thread that other candidates can ask questions of each other. "
That's good if all the spam comes in this thread, then we can ignore it, and get on with the fun part of this game ;-)

@brokus and boki.
The more you argue with each other instead of engaging with the Welsh community the more you become distant and more likely someone else will step forward and sweep to a landslide victory.

To be fair, this season is becoming the toughest decision I've had to make on Sokker, either that or selling Enric Peremiquel.
To all U21 candidates:
1) Could you give me an example of a tactical victory you made and why you think it a tactical victory. If so, could you explain the tactic you used detailed so I (and we) wld understand why u used that tactic.
2) What can you guys do to improove the current U21 squad and everything around it?
3) If a noobster asked you how to make a tactic, what would you guys answer?
4) @LLoydE, why did you suddenly changed your mind running for U21 Cymru instead of Senegal?
5) Both of you guys (LloydE as rhys) are giving me the idea you're using the U21 as a testing team to try out some skills and to improve your experience. Do you guys think this will benefit the team in any way?
Thank you, I'm looking forward reading the answers :)

1) A tactical victory my side has made is definately my 6-2 win over the wasps last season, because although I always use the same base tactic (4-3-3) I had tweaked it for the match, and as the wasps are a strong side I was hoping for the best and the tweak to the formation resulted in my strikers ripping their defence to shreds. The tweak enabled my number 9 (Benoit Pinxten) to come infield and although he didn't score he pulled the defence out to let Szymon Sieniuta and Guido Schmid to walk through to score.
2) To improve the U21's I would definately look to strengthen the squad using more U19 players and look to build a larger awareness of the U21's and to ask other users to help scout around to maximise our players.
3) I would say to the "noobster" to look on help forums and take the best bits of each tactic and build them into your formation like I did.
4) He did that to annoy me.
5) Yes,because different ideas and tactics can only improve and more experience will come with new matches, and I also think it is better to go for new ideas this season and go for a more experienced user next season in a World Cup season.

Could you copy past your answers in your own topic m8? :)
I've decided I'm not going to stand this time, still feel that I'm tactically not quite strong enough and that I will not do the job justice.
