Subject: Elections General Discussions

Wait, could it be your schoolfriends? Rhys and Lloyd, and another guy I probably don't know. I have a question for you: If a low skilled footbal trainer (let's say 7th division, to give an example) who has absolutely no idea that the ball is a round object would pronounce that he wants to become National coach of your country. Would you say: He, that's great. I know the guy personally and I think it's great he'll massacre our NT! Yay! Or would you rather choose for experience, someone who knows the game well enough?

To be honest, I already know your answer and It's not really a question. I'm just trying to open your eyes for a sec.

I wld dislike the fact not getting elected but I wld dislike more if they put there trust in the hands of 3 managers, playing the game for aprox. 1 year (?) having no clue at all how tactic works or how to make one (believe me).

I honestly do admire your love for this game and your activeness but you all need to grow abit more experience! Btw, if you think i'm talking complete rubbish find me a country (Welsh lvl; so with a descent squad) who elected a manager that's has 1 year experience! =) And don't search for the countries that sokker just brought in, that's a normal thing then!

How about Cymru (NT)?
2010-03-30 19:13:04
And what did you concluded from that experience?
2010-03-30 19:17:51
see what i mean - use your mouth too much m8!!

If you were so good how come out of the 9 votes - none of them were for you!!

that his tactics were abysmal and he thought we could beat far superior teams :(

What I'm saying though, is maybe (because it's a friendly season in U21) maybe give a user a trial run like Morsey last season

You're right but I cannot agree in all what you wrote;)

You're right that NT and u21 is for experienced managers.. it's simple thesis.

But in small countries like Cymru, when team will play only friendlies it is great situation to get some exp with NT matches ;) Cymru u21 isn't the strongest u21 team and probably won't in nearest future. So this is time for welsh user who would like to try with u21 ;> I can swear that I will help new u21 coach if he want of course. In Nippon (omg again Japan xD) for example Shogun was in the same situation! With help from other users he has done great job!:]

Your right ;)
If I have 0 personal friends here, and you've got 8 personal friends there (same mental lvl as you) then the answer to your question is obvious :)

Btw, I didn't say I'm soo good. I'm just better then the one's running :) (Facts are hard, and unless you can proove you and your mates now more about sokker then I do and have achieved more then I do then I'll shut my 'big' (?) mouth)
2010-03-30 19:26:46
Your conclusion: let starters get some experience by running the National team, since they're only playing friendlies!

Without friends you have little chances for win in elections.. it's hard but it's true..

What I'm saying though, is maybe (because it's a friendly season in U21) maybe give a user a trial run like Morsey last season

How would this benefit the U21? I think it'll only benefit you!

IT'S ALL IN THE NAME OF EXPERIENCE AND IMPROVING!
2010-03-30 19:29:37
Improving yourself or improving the national team?
2010-03-30 19:31:33
Hmm, seeing that morsey is the coach, i may even stand for wales 1 day haha ;)
2010-03-30 19:32:02
Improving yourself, as its valuable experience and will eventually help develop better tactics and do better in NT and Domestic tournaments
2010-03-30 19:33:13
But situation in u21 team is opposing to senior team so choose in senior experience :P It's my last advice :D

Scotland may be slightly different here but only slightly. I may have been in the game for quite a long time but i had no real clue about tactics. The community took a chance on me simply because it was a season of u21 friendlies. Now look at me ;) So yes under 21s should (and is in Scotland still) a breeding ground for future NT managers when there is a season of friendlies to face.
