Subject: Elections General Discussions

Scotland may be slightly different here but only slightly. I may have been in the game for quite a long time but i had no real clue about tactics. The community took a chance on me simply because it was a season of u21 friendlies. Now look at me ;) So yes under 21s should (and is in Scotland still) a breeding ground for future NT managers when there is a season of friendlies to face.

Then every beginner in this game should have the right turning NT coach; wld be a shame if only you and mors cld benefit from it! Great idea m8, let every newb (= nun experienced beginner) coach the NT for 1 season so they can all become superstars! I'll definitely make sure the world knows this so they can enjoy the benefits of this 'SUPER' idea!

So you played with standard tactics? Did you followed potential youth? Did you contacted their managers, did you guide them to make sure no training goes at waiste? It's not only the tactical side, it's way more then that! Afterall the youth is the foundation of a strong senior team, waisting youth potential simply because you have no idea how to work with youth would be awfull. Btw, again no offence. I just don't get it, It's like I get the feeling youth isn't important. Even if they play friendlies, potential youth still need to be guided! And ok, you might not been the tactical mastermind rtg, but you did know the knowhow of youth! And did you got guided yourself (tactically) by a more experienced manager?

Do you think thys, morsey or Lloyd know how to work with those. Do you think they even know what those tools are? :D

Think I made my point clear enough. The decision seems to be already taken, abit of a shame actually. Don't care how this election ends, I'll keep following Wales since I'm doing it for about 2 years know I think. Good luck to y'all. Getting of to work! :( :D

On your opinion, I beat Morsey and Rhys, so I am better and therefore will be a better manager ^^. It's all about training tbh, and Morsey, Rhys and Lloyd dont have much experience with tactics, caused by a lack of users in the divisions. If it is just a season of friendlies, whats the harm in helping them learn?

... Wales is too small for us to get experience quickly - the only experience we get is the cup match and maybe the odd match...
