good point....

... Wales is too small for us to get experience quickly - the only experience we get is the cup match and maybe the odd match...

@Mattius ---- i may not like England, but i like your words :)

i like langhe he is a good guy......but you,,,well,,i think you can guess by now
2010-03-30 19:59:30
A) I had one shot :)
B) You have been here for what? 2 years? I have started with nothing now, and went through the junior routes, not just buying skilled 30 yos. After a season of pace, I will kick your rear end my friend :)

I would feel great teaching them everything about sokker, my door is always open for that. And I think I'm not the only one willing to help them! But, there are other ways to achieve knowledge then running a NT without any clue of how to. Do they even know the basics?

I'm only saying that I think it's great they want to learn but not in the disadvantage of the NT. As simple as that.

Personally, Friendly NT's wold be a perfect way to gain experience, at no risk whatsoever.

Feel free to think whatever you want :)

right - tell me how i learn the basics with basically 2 dividions in Cymru will ya?

And i like rhys's idea - non-WC seasons should be for us type users so they can get to grips with what it is really like as our leagues are either a major win/lose for us!!

Dude how old are you? :p

Your answers are hilarious.

I would guess a bit below my age, 13/14?

No risk?

Example:

Evil John, 16y/o
Pace: very good, def: solide.
Hugely talented.

A beginning manager pulls this one out of his youth, he doesn't know how to use the forum so no one knows he has this one. He trains scoring, in other words this guys talent goes at waiste! Since rhys, or Lloyd en mors (or all three) are busy learning how a tactic is made they won't have any clue this talented 16y/o even excists!
If they do find this guy, on the Tl perhaps. What will they do? Probably just ignore the guy and putting a flag next to his name, or shoud they contact wellknown def trainers? (Don't think they know any, but the community can help them with this one!)

That's why you shouldn't be elected! :D
You figured it our yourself!
Bravo m8!

I'm new, as the guy would not be uploaded to the NTDB, how would they find him?
2010-03-30 20:09:25
everyone in cymru has the same problem - i would wrather have a new guy from cymru than have a goody two shoes like your self run for us.
2010-03-30 20:10:01
30 users in cymru, scout them all. Won't be hard noticing a 16y/o with aprox. around 70/80K value.
2010-03-30 20:10:57
I wouldn't speak so general if I were you.
