I think that you are changing topic ;] how old is Morsey and why he wrote '?' isn't a discussion about elections...

I would ask what his training schedule is for the past 5 seasons, what lvl his trainers (main coach + assistants) are. If they aren't top, cause that's what we need top trainers, then I'll convince him to sell the guy for a large amount of pounds! I'll contact a manager focused on def training, knowing he has the top trainers need, saying there's a potential def trainee for sale. Then I'll folow him weekly by asking his stats, put him into the NTDB, ec.

If he doesn't reply then all you can do is try harder! :)

If you came in and put yourself up said what you are like and what you want to achieve - i might of voted for ya, but coming in and critisizing our users of how we do our things isn't the best thing to do!!!

I agree with Morsey, a Welsh user should run the Cymru NT teams, especially in 'friendly' seasons.
That's why I have run for NT manager this season, if I do get the job, I would carefully experiment with the team, tactics and line-up.
