Hear ye,hear ye!

Good people of Wales,

I am here today to announce my candidature for the position of NT coach.
I have been playing this game for 3 years now,and in that time,i have managed to promote to Serbia's 3rd division (finished fourth this season).I am also mentoring LloydE .My qualities are:
1) I speak and understand English very well,so no language barrier
2) I am practically a tactical mastermind :)
3) I have been scouting Welsh National Team players for a whole season now,so I won't have to spend too much time getting to know the squad,
4) I am open to suggestions,so if you think that something could be done differently,it's no problem for me,we'll disscuss it and decide who's right and who's wrong and why.
5) I have 380 + users in Serbia supporting me and helping out with whatever I need.

I've got no real weaknesses,at least I can't remember any.
My assistant will probably be Serbian,he'll help out with the tactics and stuff like that,and I'll have to have a Welsh assistant too,because of the obvious reasons.

I plan to push Wales into the top 50 or top 40 if theoretically possible.
I plan to be fully devoted to my work as coach,if I get elected.

actually i have proof of my great tactical knowledge:

I didn't lose to a team that is at least 2 times better than me,he has a strong enough team to compete in the 2nd division (he did get promoted yesterday) and i managed to beat a team a bit weaker than him.

Who in your mind is our NT's best player and how would you maximise their role in the match??

well i don't like anybody best really,but i tend to use wingers when i play.so whoever i choose for that position will be key.
the strikers have to be in incredible + form so i won't comment on them.

oh sorry,i misinterpreted the rules. :p

As 2 of our candidates has been warned about this already , I have decided to add a reminder of one the rules hoping to avoid any forum bans which wont be best around election time in all NT candidates threads :P
