Subject: [U21] rhysyboy

Hello, I'm standing for an NT again but this time U21. This is slightly because there is no World U21 Cup this season and partly because I (think I) am good with young players and want a challenge. I hope to bring ingenuity and new ideas to Cymru U21, and hope I can do a good job.
Last season I stood for the Cymru NT job, where I had 4 votes but was beaten by Morsey, but I think I can do a better job here and hopefully win the votes and hearts of Cymru. I aim to get Cymru as one of the best teams certainly in Europe.

TOGETHER WE WILL MAKE CYMRU GREAT ONCE MORE!!!!!!!!

Due to that, I shall now place my vote in the hands of another man, me.

1) A tactical victory my side has made is definately my 6-2 win over the wasps last season, because although I always use the same base tactic (4-3-3) I had tweaked it for the match, and as the wasps are a strong side I was hoping for the best and the tweak to the formation resulted in my strikers ripping their defence to shreds. The tweak enabled my number 9 (Benoit Pinxten) to come infield and although he didn't score he pulled the defence out to let Szymon Sieniuta and Guido Schmid to walk through to score.
2) To improve the U21's I would definately look to strengthen the squad using more U19 players and look to build a larger awareness of the U21's and to ask other users to help scout around to maximise our players.
3) I would say to the "noobster" to look on help forums and take the best bits of each tactic and build them into your formation like I did.
4) He did that to annoy me.
5) Yes,because different ideas and tactics can only improve and more experience will come with new matches, and I also think it is better to go for new ideas this season and go for a more experienced user next season in a World Cup season

I all thanks to all that voted for me....my 1st decision was to offer rhysyboy the assistant manger`s job[which he`s accepted[thanks]].shall be sending him stats of players we have,so when he get`s the job it wont be such a slap in the face.thought it`ll be same as running my normal team. but ay oh i`ll give it a go.......

Could you all send me the stats of all u21 international players you have in your squads,and those close to a call up please..thanks again...
